Cube Defence is a fast-paced, minimalist action game where your primary objective is to protect your fort or base from an onslaught of invading cubes. The game features a simple yet engaging premise: red cubes are your enemies, and blue cubes are your allies. The challenge lies in shooting down the red cubes to rack up points while carefully avoiding the blue ones, which replenish your health or defenses.
How to play
Controls
- Mouse or touch: In most versions, you use a mouse (on a browser) or tap the screen (on mobile) to aim and shoot.
- Aiming: A rotating turret or cannon that changes direction with each shot, requiring you to time your attacks carefully.
Gameplay
- Red cubes: These are the enemies. Shoot them to destroy them and earn points. Missing them or letting them hit your fort reduces your health or life count.
- Blue cubes: These are “life cubes.” Shooting them by mistake costs you health, while letting them reach you (in some versions) restores it. Precision is key!
- Combos: Consecutive hits on red cubes without missing or hitting blue ones often grant bonus points or multipliers. Stay focused to build your score.
