Introduction
Cursed Treasure 2 is an engaging tower defense game developed by IriySoft, serving as the sequel to the popular Cursed Treasure. In this game, you take on the role of an evil overlord tasked with protecting your precious gems from waves of pesky heroes who seek to steal them.
Unlike traditional tower defense games where you defend as the “good guys,” here you embrace the dark side, commanding forces of orcs, demons, and undead to thwart the invaders. The game features over 24 levels (with additional levels in the Ultimate Edition), a variety of towers, upgradable skills, and powerful spells, all wrapped in a quirky, villainous charm.
How to play
Gameplay
- The Map: Each level presents a map with paths that enemies follow to reach your gems, typically stored in a central or designated area. You’ll place towers along these paths to stop them.
- Resources: You start with a set amount of gold and mana. Gold is used to build and upgrade towers, while mana powers your spells. Earn more gold by defeating enemies and collecting coins they drop, and replenish mana through drops or skills.
- Controls: Use your mouse (or touch controls on mobile) to interact with the game:
- Click tower icons on the right side of the screen to select them.
- Click on valid terrain to place towers.
- Click existing towers to upgrade or access their options.
Towers
- You have three types of towers, each tied to specific terrain

- Orc Towers: Built on grassy areas, these are fast-attacking towers like dens and ballistae, great for dealing with groups of enemies.
- Undead Towers: Placed on snowy or icy terrain, such as crypts, they can slow enemies or instill fear to make them flee.
- Demon Towers: Constructed on rocky or volcanic terrain, these powerful towers (e.g., temples) deal high damage and can burn enemies.
- Each tower type can be upgraded to increase damage, range, or special abilities, such as fear, splash damage, or area effects.
Spells
- Spells are cast using mana and provide tactical advantages:
- Meteor: Drops a fiery rock to deal massive area damage.
- Terror: Frightens enemies, causing them to run away temporarily.
- Cut Out: Removes obstacles (like trees or rocks) to create more building space.
- Unlock and upgrade spells via the skill menu as you progress.
Skills
- Between levels, spend skill points earned from completing missions to upgrade your towers, spells, gold income, or mana regeneration. Prioritize upgrades based on your playstyle (e.g., boosting tower damage or mana for spell-heavy strategies).
